She’s been a friend and tutor to Mum for several years now. From helping to set up Skype on Mum’s tablet so that we could have regular video calls, to accompanying Mum in person to buy a new mobile phone, Jobee is trustworthy, kind and so very, very patient! I’d highly recommend Jobee for anyone needing general IT support or tuition for themselves or for their loved ones.

Only knew the basics, so wanted to know a bit more. Learnt how to transfer photos from the mobile to the computer. Also covered what some of the signs on top and bottom of the screen meant and what some of the other keys were. Information on security was covered and also files. Joanne was a thorough and on the ball teacher. Thanks john.
